Job summary

Morning Pointe Memory Care Communities are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for day and night 12-hour shifts in Tennessee. Responsibilities include resident care per care plans, safety prioritization, and collaboration with RA/CNA staff.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents.

• Assess, document and monitor resident health and concerns.
