Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide high-quality private duty home care across our New Jersey assignments. Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, or PRN with day, night, and weekend shifts to fit your availability and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) desired, Aveanna can assist after hire.
• TB skin test valid within 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty homecare nursing to patients in their homes.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and document care activities.
• Collaborate with family and healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
