White Glove Placement is seeking an LPN for a 26-week assignment in Far Rockaway, NY, in a long-term care setting. The role offers evening (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, part-time, every other weekend) and night (11:00 PM–7:00 AM, full-time opening, every other weekend) shifts with a rotating weekly schedule.

Requirements include an active NY LPN license, LTC experience preferred, strong clinical assessment and med administration skills, and solid communication and documentation abilities.

Qualifications
