Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System in Claremore, OK is seeking a night shift PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Labor Delivery Recovery and Postpartum (LDRP).

Provide patient care under the supervision of the registered nurse, manage supplies, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support maternity services.

Requires an accredited LPN program graduate with a valid Oklahoma license and BLS certification (or obtained within 14 days of hire).

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid Multi State or Oklahoma LPN license
• Valid Multi State or Oklahoma LPN license
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of the registered nurse on unit-based assignments.
• Manage supplies and equipment and promote teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments.
• Perform age-specific care as appropriate under the director of the RN in charge of the unit on the LDRP shift.
