Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH seeks an LPN to provide quality patient care, take vital signs, assist with routine procedures, and support patient education. This part-time 24-hour per week role requires NH LPN license and BLS, with opportunity for a sign-on bonus and day-one benefits.
You will help manage patient flow, coordinate with physicians and RNs, and contribute to a safe clinical environment.
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides quality nursing care which includes taking vital signs, performing routine office procedures and testing, participating in patient teaching, communicating effectively with others and participating in decision-making. Responsible for patient flow, basic operational duties both clinical and administrative in nature and maintaining a safe patient care environment. Current State of New Hampshire LPN nursing Licensure and BLS certification are required. Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to relate well at all levels. LPN IV certification may be required based on department needs. Must possess the ability to quickly and efficiently prioritize patient needs with physician and/or RN direction.
