Henrico Doctors' Hospital is seeking an Inpatient Rehab LPN/LVN to join our rehabilitation team. The role involves helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence after illness or injury, with typical stays of two to three weeks.

You will work with nurses, therapists, and physicians to provide high-quality, compassionate care. Qualified candidates hold an LPN/LVN license, have BCLS, and are graduates of a vocational school.

Qualificações

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• LPN/LVN License is required
• Vocational School Graduate required

Responsabilidades

• Administering medications and treatments, monitoring responses, and reporting changes promptly
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to support therapy goals and promote independence
• Monitoring vital signs and neurological status to detect changes and respond quickly
• Documenting progress and functional ability to guide care planning and team coordination
• Educating and supporting patients and families about recovery milestones, safety, and self-care techniques
• Working closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver personalized, high-quality care

Job Summary And Qualifications

As an Inpatient Rehab Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) at HCA Healthcare, you’ll help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence after illness, injury, or extended hospital stays. With average stays of two to three weeks, you’ll build meaningful relationships and witness the difference your care makes in a patient’s progress. You will be part of a dynamic rehabilitation team committed to caring for and improving lives every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments, monitoring responses, and reporting changes promptly
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to support therapy goals and promote independence
• Monitoring vital signs and neurological status to detect changes and respond quickly
• Documenting progress and functional ability to guide care planning and team coordination

What qualifications you will need:
