BAYADA Home Health Care in West Plains, MO seeks an experienced LPN for private duty home health visits. Must have Trach/Vent experience; occasional weekend day shifts may be available.

The role focuses on one-to-one patient care in clients' homes with flexible scheduling including days, evenings, and nights. What Private Duty with BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing Looks Like:

• Private duty = full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's)
• Private duty = one client for the whole shift
• Nurses work with local clients nearby with short commutes
• Common diagnoses BAYADA Skilled Nurses work on: TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Sptinal Muscle Atrophy, Epilepsy

*LPNs/LVNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home

Qualifications for A Private Duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
