Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Missouri is seeking a Private Duty LPN for full-time night shifts to provide compassionate in-home nursing care to a single client per shift. You will work with nearby clients on full 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, ensuring continuity and safety in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Must have current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty home health care for a single client during full shifts (8/10/12 hours).
• Work with local clients with short commutes.
• Deliver high-quality in-home nursing care across diagnoses common to BAYADA clients.
• Maintain professional standards and compliance in a regulated home health setting.

What Private Duty with BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing Looks Like:

• Private duty = full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's)
• Private duty = one client for the whole shift
• Nurses work with local clients nearby with short commutes
• Common diagnoses BAYADA Skilled Nurses work on: TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Sptinal Muscle Atrophy, Epilepsy

Qualifications for A Private Duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
