Ascension at Home, together with Compassus, is seeking a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Wichita, Kansas. You will support patients at home, promote recovery, and educate families to manage care and improve quality of life.

Qualified candidates hold a Practical Nursing diploma, current LPN license in Kansas, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and prefer experience in home health. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this caring culture.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
• Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB screen and hepatitis consent/declination.
• Two years of experience as an LPN in a clinical care setting; home health preferred.

Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN Requirements
