Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed nurse to provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes across Idaho. You will educate patients and families, coordinate with the health care team, and perform care according to physician orders and the care plan.

Qualificações

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education and experience, preferred

• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with a review and approval from the regional vice president for operations or regional director.
• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
• Must possess CPR certification
