Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for home health visits in Oakdale, MN. You will deliver skilled nursing care according to physician orders under RN supervision, focusing on wound care, medication administration, injections, IV therapy, vital signs, and patient education.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, reporting changes, coordinating with the RN Case Manager and interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families, supervising Home Health

Competenze

• Must have one year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience.
• Ability to provide nursing visits according to physician orders and maintain paperwork to ensure accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience
• Ability to provide nursing visits according to the treatment as prescribed by the physician and provide and maintain paperwork to maintain accurate and complete medical records

Required Certifications and Licensures

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• Currently Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of agency operation
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
