AccentCare, Inc. is seeking an LPN/Home Health professional in Minnesota to cover Burnsville and surrounding areas. The role offers pay of $66,000 to $77,000 annually, with compensation reflected as an annual estimate while paid per point basis.

Typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with eligibility for professional development and comprehensive benefits. You will provide nursing visits per physician orders and maintain accurate medical records, travel as needed, and uphold CPR

Formación

• One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience.
• Ability to provide nursing visits according to the treatment as prescribed by the physician and provide and maintain paperwork to maintain accurate and complete medical records
• Must possess and maintain CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations

Be the Best Home Health LVN/LPN You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience

Required Certifications and Licensures

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program

• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
