BAYADA Home Health Care in Florida is seeking LPNs for pediatric and adult in-home care across Lakeland, Frost Proof, Plant City, Winter Haven, Auburndale, Haines City and Davenport. We offer FT, PT and PRN hours with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, and no weekend or minimum requirements.

Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes, with opportunities for advanced training, flexible scheduling, and statewise electronic charting.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• Current CPR Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home nursing care to pediatric and adult clients.
• Work across multiple shifts (8-, 10-, 12-hour) including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts; FT, PT, or PRN.
• Follow care plans and document care using electronic charting (Statewise).

Currently hiring for pediatric and adult care cases in Lakeland, Frost Proof, Plant city, Winter Haven, Auburndale, Haines City, and Davenport. With FT, PT and PRN hours available.

Currently have a high priority case in Lakeland looking for a reliable, experienced pediatric nurse for ongoing day shifts, previous trach/vent experience preferred but not required. Client is a happy and energetic 4-year-old with a trach and vent. His parents are in need of a nurse that is interested in working with him long-term for at least two shifts each week. Most trach care is provided by parents until they are comfortable with your trach skills, they handle all trach changes. No pets in the home.

Requirements:
