AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital – Lafayette is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day shifts in Lafayette, LA. The nurse will provide direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program, current LA LPN licensure, BLS, and 6 months to 1 year of experience; English communication skills.

AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital – Lafayette is seeking FullTime LicensedPractical Nurses (LPN) for Day Shifts. Candidatesmust have a strongbackgroundwith previous nursing experience. TheLPN provides direct and indirect patient care services that meet thepsychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communicationneeds of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative andresponsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervisionof a Registered Nurse. Maintain regulatory agency requirements, nursing andhospital policies, procedures, and standards. Communicate with physiciansand team members about changes in patient's clinical condition, includingresults of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly andaccurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments withadequate supervision.
