AMG Specialty Hospital – Central Indiana Hancock Campus is hiring a Full Time LPN for day shifts to provide direct and indirect patient care and ensure quality outcomes. The LPN reports to nursing leadership and collaborates with physicians, RNs, and support staff to address patient needs and changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana LPN licensure is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.

• Ensure regulatory and hospital policies are followed.

The LPN provides direct and indirect patient careservices that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care;meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care thatreflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations,under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Maintain regulatory agencyrequirements, nursing and hospital policies, procedures and standards.Communicate with physicians and team members about changes in patient's clinicalcondition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respondquickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments withadequate supervision.

Job Requirements

• Active Indiana LPN Licensure
