Summary: National Capital Treatment & Recovery is a respected nonprofit behavioral health organization with over 60 years of service offering residential and outpatient care for people with substance use disorders. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our Co-ed Adult Residential Treatment Program in Arlington, VA full-time.
Schedule: Monday 7am-3:30pm
Wednesday 7am-3:30pm
Thursday 7am-7:30pm
Friday 7am-7:30pm
Compensation: $30-35 an hour with an opportunity to earn more based on experience, degrees, and other relevant qualifications.
THE PROGRAM: The program is a 64-bed residential program that offers medically monitored and clinically managed intensive residential treatment services for adult men with substance use and co-occurring disorders. This intensive residential program helps break the cycle of drug and alcohol abuse and equips men with the tools needed to be successful at the next appropriate level of care.
As an LPN on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, person-centered care during one of the most critical phases of treatment. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team — providing medical support, monitoring withdrawal symptoms, administering medications, and helping clients stabilize in a supportive, structured environment.
