Job Overview

We are currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) at PAM Health Hampden’s new rehabilitation hospital opening this summer. This role focuses on delivering nursing care under RN supervision and assisting in therapeutic procedures for patients in an age‑appropriate manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate nursing care as directed by an RN on the unit.
• Gather and report patient data.
• Carry out RN orders.
• Perform therapeutic procedures as appropriate.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Education and Training

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state of the hospital, or state compact licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• Current IV certification within 90 days of employment, if required by state regulations.

Experience

One year of inpatient medical‑surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
