Job summary

Memorial Physician Practices is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct patient care under supervision of a registered nurse in our clinical team.

The role requires graduates of an accredited LPN program with a current LPN license in the state of practice and BCLS certification; Handle with Care is preferred. You will support patient care across multiple populations and ensure safety and confidentiality.

As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Reports to the Director or Manager of Department.

Patient Populations Served: Neonate, Infant, Early Childhood, Late Childhood, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, Older Adult.

Protected Health Information Accessed: Demographic, Clinical, Insurance, Financial, Complete Medical Record.

Exposure: Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens is present for all employees.

Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements. Regular exposure to biological and chemical hazards, including blood and bodily fluids, hazardous medications, and latex.
