Cordova Health and Rehabilitation in Cordova, AL is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support rehabilitation plans with RNs and therapists.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license.
• Strong clinical skills including medication administration and wound care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents’ health status, including vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN or physician.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support recovery goals (PT/OT/ST).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per policies and regulations.
• Provide emotional support and education to residents and families.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment with infection control protocols.

Position Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN )

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications
