Wyomissing Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Evening Full Time shift in Reading, PA. The role focuses on administering medications, wound care, and supporting residents to maintain their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Qualified candidates hold a current Pennsylvania LPN license. New graduates are welcome; strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Responsabilités
