Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Endocrinology Clinic team. You will support patients through prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of endocrine disorders, coordinating tests and educating patients for chronic disease management.

Ideal candidates hold a state LPN license with a high school diploma or GED, and have coursework from an accredited practical nursing program.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (required). Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program (required).
• Experience: One year of relevant experience (preferred).
• Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license (required).

What You'll Do

In this role, the LPN supports patients throughout their healthcare journey by assisting with the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of endocrine and metabolic disorders. Responsibilities include performing clinical assessments, preparing patients for visits and procedures, obtaining and documenting accurate clinical information, administering medications and treatments within the scope of practice, coordinating laboratory testing and referrals, reinforcing individualized care plans, and providing patient education to support chronic disease management.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
• Experience: One year of relevant experience, preferred.
