Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare in York, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the day shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) on our inpatient team. This role supports adults recovering from substance use disorders in a structured, low-physical-demand setting.

You will conduct initial nursing assessments, administer medications, assist with detox protocols using COWS and CIWA scales, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Current or pending LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Passion for working in behavioral health and substance use treatment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
