Job summary

Tishomingo Community Living Center in Mississippi seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a full-time shift from 6am to 6pm. We value compassionate, patient‑centered care and meaningful connections with residents, families and our team.

You will administer medications, deliver treatments per the plan of care, conduct rounds, document records, and communicate status updates. An active LPN license and BLS certification are required; opportunities for growth and ongoing education are available.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration, treatments, and ADL care as ordered by physician and plan of care.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care.
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on the assigned unit.
• Perform other tasks as required.

Full time | 6am to 6pm

Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) duties include but are not limited to:

• Evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration, treatments, Adl care, etc. as ordered by physician and outlined in the plan of care (according to scope of practice)
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure resident/patients receive quality care based on professional standards and facility policies
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status
• Maintain up to date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
• Other tasks as required
