Qualifications

• Current New York State LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong medication administration and documentation skills.
• Dependable attendance and professional communication.
• Ability to complete all required credentialing and facility onboarding.
