MetroWest Medical Center in Natick, MA seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, following the Nursing Practice Act and state guidelines. The LPN ensures data gathering, planning support, and collaborative patient care across settings.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program, valid MA LPN license, and BLS certification. Telemetry/ACLS and EKG may be required for higher acuity units; Tenet participates in E-Verify.

Qualifications

• American Heart Association BLS certification.

Job Summary

A Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible and accountable for the delivery of nursing practice and utilization of the nursing process related to patient care under the supervision of a register nurse. LPN nursing practice follows the current Nursing Practice Act and Guidelines from the Department of Health, and Board of Nursing for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
