Job summary

Avera Behavioral Health Center-Sioux Falls is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support adolescent and child behavioral health on rotating days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays in Sioux Falls, SD.

You will perform focused nursing assessments, implement patient-centered care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care for patients with conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and related needs.

• Nurse must meet licensure requirements in the state of practice.
