Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Cedar Mountain Commons in Newington, CT is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct, quality care for residents within a unit, collaborating with the health care team to achieve care outcomes.

The LPN must hold a Connecticut LPN license and demonstrate flexibility to work day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts. Reporting to the Resident Care Director, this role offers career growth within a leading CT health system.
