Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate LPNs with tracheostomy and ventilator experience to provide one-on-one in-home care to adult clients across the region. This role emphasizes building strong relationships and delivering personalized care in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits:

• Traditional shifts (8's, 10's or 12's)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones
• Client age ranges from infant to young adult.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay up to $40/hour based on client care and shift
