Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a part-time LPN for Acute Renal Dialysis in Wisconsin. The role covers 60 hours across two weeks with 12-hour shifts, including every third weekend, focusing on renal dialysis and apheresis for kidney disease patients.

What you will do:

• 0.75 FTE = 60 hours/every two weeks 12-hour shifts 6:00am-6:30 pm and 5:30am-6:00pm Every 3rd weekend, includes a Friday and Saturday shift in house Care for patients with kidney disease/injury providing Renal Dialysis and Apheresis
