Buffalo Center is actively seeking energetic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in Buffalo, NY. This role requires compassionate patient care and teamwork to support residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NY State LPN license.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a skilled nursing setting.
• Comfort with administering medications and basic wound care.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new Residents for admission.
• Record health details, vitals, and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat wounds and bedsores; supervise CNAs if required.
• Assist Residents with personal care and monitor intake/output.

Duties:

• Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted
• Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature
• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
• May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene
• Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output

Requirements:

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Valid NY State LPN license
• In good standing with State Registry
