Job summary

Buffalo Center is actively seeking energetic Licensed Practical Nurses to work in our Skilled Nursing Facility in Buffalo, NY. Now offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus and Daily Pay. Earn between $29.58 - $34.39 per hour with a $0.75 evening/night shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active NY State LPN license in good standing.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Record health details, vitals, and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat wounds and bedsores as necessary.
• Supervise CNAs as required.
• Assist Residents with dressing and personal care.
• Monitor food and liquid intake and output.

Duties:

• Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted
• Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature
• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
• May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene
• Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output

Requirements:

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Valid NY State LPN license
• In good standing with State Registry
