Help at Home is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one home care to clients in Mississippi. You will work with a client on an established care plan, ensuring comfort, safety and independence under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

This full-time role offers 40+ hours per week, $19–$25 per hour, and benefits. A Mississippi LPN license and at least one year of nursing experience are required.

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the client's established care plan.


• Following applicable clinical instructions and care protocols.


• Documenting care provided, observations, and client outcomes accurately.


• Monitoring the client's condition and communicating relevant observations to the supervising RN.


• Following applicable quality, safety, and documentation standards.


• Working under the clinical direction and oversight of a Registered Nurse.


• Performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, active Mississippi LPN license


• At least one year of nursing experience is required. Experience in home care or a personal care setting is preferred.


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


• Ability to follow a care plan, maintain accurate documentation, and provide safe, quality client care.
