Job summary

Xenia Health and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team in Xenia, Ohio. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, monitor residents, administer medications, and help with daily living activities in a warm, supportive setting.

You will collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans, ensure resident comfort and dignity, and maintain accurate health records in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications
