Job summary

Harbor Post Acute Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a full- or part-time basis. We offer 12-hour shifts, day and night availability, and a supportive environment with strong management.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Minimum patient-care experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care under supervision and as part of a nursing team.
• Take and document vital signs, administer medications, and report changes to the nurse in charge.
• Assist with daily living activities and support care plans for residents.
