Peterson Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Wheeling, WV is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. We offer day and night shifts, a sign-on bonus of $7,000–$10,500, and a competitive benefits package.

As an LPN you will administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality care. We support your growth with tuition reimbursement and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
• Monitor resident conditions, including vital signs, and report changes to the Director of Nursing.
• Promote restorative care to encourage independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
• Support and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive environment.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to facility standards.
