Job summary

Still Hopes, a premier continuing care retirement community in South Carolina, seeks an LPN to care for residents in our Skilled Nursing Neighborhood. Base pay ranges with shift differentials reflect experience and duties.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care is preferred.
• Ability to manage medications and document accurately in patient records.

• Base rate starting: $27.25 - $36.50/hr based on experience.
• Additional compensation for working 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts.

Responsible for caring for residents in our Skilled Nursing Neighborhood.

LPNs duties include: medication management, documentation, and ensuring residents' needs are being met. This position also interacts with resident family members and provides updates to their loved ones as their condition changes. Nurses are not alone, working alongside several nursing assistants while supervising their day-to-day activities.
