Pillar Care Continuum is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Wayne, NJ day program. You will administer medications, assist with tube feedings, and support residents in daily activities to promote independence and comfort.

Your role includes assisting with daily activities such as administering medication, administration of tube feedings and care of G-Tube site, hygiene, meals, and creating a comfortable home environment, and fostering meaningful family and community connections.
