Job summary

Northwell Health in Sleepy Hollow, NY is seeking a motivated Practical Nurse to provide professional nursing care under physician direction. You will assess and monitor patients, document findings, and participate in the plan of care throughout treatment.

Responsibilities include administering medications, performing back office duties, and rotating as a telephone triage nurse, always adhering to hospital policies and ADA-guided essential functions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing or nursing vocational/technical school.
• Current NYS license to practice as a Practical Nurse; additional certifications as required.

Job Qualification
