Granville Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Granville, NY is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for all shifts. Now offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and higher rates from $26-$34 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential. Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid LPN State license.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Record health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature.
• Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed.
• Treat wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Help Residents get dressed and maintain personal hygiene.
• Monitor Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
