Job summary

The Terraces at Lawrence is seeking an LPN for part-time and PRN opportunities with shifts 7a-3p or 11p-7a. Daily pay offers flexibility for our nursing team while delivering compassionate care to residents in a supportive environment.

Pay ranges from $28/hr to $37/hr for all-inclusive duties. Candidates must hold a current NJ LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and the ability to manage multiple patients with strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in NJ.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per plan of care and physician’s plan.
• Follow individualized care plans developed by Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan and policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and standards.

Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice, the written plan of care, and the physician’s plan of treatment.

• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.

• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC) and facility policies.

• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician, and respond appropriately to clinical needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.

• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of NJ.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
