ROCKY RIDGE MANOR in Mansfield, MO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The role provides nursing care to patients, administers medications, reinforces health instructions, and collaborates with the care team to plan and evaluate care.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned

• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned

• Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families

• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
