Job summary

Aviata at The Harbor in Safety Harbor, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting. The role supports daily living activities under supervision of a registered nurse and participates in care planning for residents.

Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, contributing to Falls and Pressure Sore programs, and documenting residents’ medical status throughout treatment. Competitive benefits accompany this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

Major Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN care giver provides direct patient care to the residents and patients of the health and rehabilitation center (skilled nursing home), assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident.
