Job summary

The Pines at Catskill, affiliated with National Health Care Associates, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver direct resident care, administer medications, and support care plans. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team in a compassionate, patient-focused environment.

Shifts include Day, Evening, and Night; offers generous pay, sign-on bonuses, and ongoing training. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and quality of life for residents in a Great Place to Work setting.

Qualifications

• Valid state LPN license required.
• Experience in geriatric or chronic illness care preferred.
• Ability to administer medications safely and document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and oversee the implementation of care plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Supervising and supporting Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Rate of Pay

USD $30.00 - USD $38.75 /Hr.
