Job summary

The Pines at Catskill is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to our residents at 154 Jefferson Heights, Catskill, NY 12414. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans in a caring, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state license (LPN).

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and oversee the implementation of care plans.
