Well-Staffed is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Nursing Agency. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the direction of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals, working with a team to ensure high-quality care for residents.

Candidates must hold a Kansas LPN license, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist with the development and implementation of care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.
• Provide direct patient care, including wound care, catheter care, and medication management.
• Assist with the supervision of nursing assistants and other staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
