State of Georgia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Georgia Regional Hospital - Atlanta, located in Decatur, GA. This full-time position offers three shift options: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, or 11:00 PM–7:30 AM.

The salary range is $53,000–$61,000 annually, based on experience. Applicants must hold a Georgia LPN license, complete an LPN program, and have nursing experience. EOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with completion of an approved Georgia LPN program.
• Current Georgia LPN license.
• Six months of nursing experience; or one year at lower LPN level.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and observe patient responses.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately.
• Assist Registered Nurses in nursing duties.
