Job summary

Care Advantage Inc. is actively seeking experienced LPNs for full- or part-time in-home care in the Cedar Bluff, VA area. Join a client‑driven team dedicated to improving the lives of aging adults and empowering our Care Family in purpose‑driven work.

If you are an LPN with a passion for patient-centered care, we want to talk with you! Responsibilities include home visits, preparing clinical documentation, and reporting changes in patient status while following each patient’s plan of treatment.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 2 weekends a month.
• Tracheotomy care, Ostomy Care, G-Tube, Wound Care, and Bowel and Bladder Care training.
• Criminal record check that meets hiring guidelines.
• Two satisfactory references.
• Valid LPN license with at least one year of experience as an LPN.
• Reliable transportation.
