Job summary

Golden Oaks Village of Stillwater is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. The LPN will provide quality resident care and nursing services under supervision of an RN or physician.

The role involves supervising CMAs and CNAs, administering medications, documenting accurately, and following physician orders while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice as an LPN in Oklahoma.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred.
• Dependable and reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident conditions, report any changes, and assist in implementing care interventions.
• Maintain a positive and supportive environment for residents' physical, social, and emotional well-being.
• Ensure compliance with all nursing protocols and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice as an LPN in the state of Oklahoma.
• CPR & First Aid certified.
