St Maries PLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Michigan to join our clinical team. You will help manage care plans, observe patient conditions, and communicate effectively with patients and families, ensuring safety and compassionate care.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license in Michigan, has strong interpersonal skills, and can document changes, administer medications, and coordinate with colleagues. Valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed LPN in Michigan.
• Previous experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Michigan certification to declare a patient deceased (Wayne County), once hired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess care plan effectiveness.
• Implement patient centered care.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
