Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for clients in Maine. The ideal candidate will hold a Maine LPN license and have at least two years of experience in skilled care, including wound care. CPR/BLS certification is required.

Per diem options are preferred, with openness to part-time or full-time roles. Locations include Portland, Sanford, and Kittery, Maine. Typical hours are 8:30am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with flexibility.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Maine is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in skilled care preferred.
• Recent wound care experience is preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required (monthly renewal classes offered).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to clients on a one-on-one basis.
• Advocate for patients to ensure access to resources and appropriate care.
• Coordinate with care teams and document care accordingly.
